2022年春季学期选课须知(英文授课硕博生版) Notes on Course Selection for The Spring Semester of

2022(for Master and PhD in programs taught in English)

一、选课系统登录网址

I TheWebsiteof course selection system

学生登录账号:学号密码:原登录密码。

(建议使用谷歌浏览器,也可用360安全浏览器极速模式,360极速浏览器极速模式)

Student login account: Student ID

Initial password:The login password you set up earlier(It is recommended to use Google browser, or 360 safe browser speed mode, 360 fast browser speed mode)

二、培养计划制定及选课时间

II TheTimeofTrainingPlan Making and Course Selection

培养计划系统开放时间为1 月 17 日 15:00 至 1 月 21 日 17:00

选课系统开放时间为1 月 17 日 15:00 至 1 月 21 日 17:00

全体研究生应在系统开放时间内登录研究生系统,先进入“我的培养计划”app完成培养计划制定,再进入“我的选课”app完成选课及选教学班操作

(具体操作流程请参见附件《研究生系统学生培养计划、选课操作手册》)

注意:先制定培养计划,才能根据培养计划中列入的课程进行选课,培养 计划制定≠选课。

The training plan system is open from15:00 on January 17th.to 17:00 on January 21st.The course selection system is open from15:00 on January 17th.to 17:00 on January 21st..All graduate students should log in the graduate student system in the system during open time, firstly enter "My Training Plan" app complete Training Plan, then log into "My Course Selection" app to complete the Course Selection and Teaching Class Selection. (please see attachment for specific operation process in theThe Guide of Postgraduate Student’s Training Plan and Course Selection)

Note: Only after the training plan is formulated, the course selection can be carried out according to the courses included in the training plan. Training plan formulation ≠ course selection.

※注意:培养计划中的课程,请各位同学务必在该课程开课学期选课系统开通时间内进入“我的选课”app中进行选课选班,如仅制定培养计划不完成选课选班,则选课不成功,无法录入课程成绩。(例如:培养计划中2021 秋季课程,务必在本学期系统开通时间选课选班;培养计划中2022春季课程,务必在2022年春季学期系统开通时间选课选班,以此类推。)

※ Note:For the courses in the Training Plan, please be sure to enter the "My Course Selection" app for course selection and teaching class selection. within the opening time of the course selection system. If you do not complete the course selection and teaching class selection only making the training plan, the course selection will not be successful and the course score cannot be recoded.(For example, for the fall courses of 2021 in the training plan, it is necessary to select courses and classes within the opening time of this semester;In the training plan, the courses in the spring of 2022 must be selected during the opening period of the system in the spring of2022,andso on.)

三、课程重修

III Course Retaking

重修申请系统现已开放,系统将于1月21日17:00关闭。若研究生是重修不及格(60分以下)的课程,直接在选课系统开放时,在“我的选课”里面选教学班即可,不用再重新制定培养计划,也不用提交重修申请。若因学位平均分不足75分或其他原因须重修及格的课程,则须在重修申请开放期间自行登录研究生管理系统(http://ehall.xidian.edu.cn)-搜索进入“重修申请”app,点击 “及格重修”按钮对需要重修的课程提出重修申请。重修时若需替换课程,则点击课程左侧“收回申请”按钮重新申请(只适用于新修订培养方案课程编号或者名称发生改变导致发生替换课程或者重修课程停开的情况,如无法确定新的课程名称和编号或者课程是否停开,请咨询开课学院具体课程信息)。审核通过后在选课系统开放期间登录 “我的选课”app进行选班操作即可,无需在培养计划中操作此课程。请同学们务必诚实提交申请,管理员会审核课程情况,以免审核不通过耽误选课。

The re-application system is now open andwill be closed at17:00 on January 21st.If you are going to retake the course that you fails (Less than 60 points), select the class in "My Course Selection"directly,it’snot necessary to make the Training Plan again or submit the application for retaking.If you want to retake the course because of insufficient degree average 75 points or other reasons, you must login and apply for retake in the Graduate Students Management System (http://ehall.xidian.edu.cn)

during the opening time and search for the "Application to Retake" app,please click the "Retake the Pass Course" button toapply.If need to replace course, then click on the course on the left side of the "withdraw application" button to apply (only applies to the course number or name change due to courses are changed or courses are discontinued.If you are not sure of the new course name and number, please consult the school for the specific course information).After the application is approved, please log in "My Course Selection" in the course selection website to select a course during the opening period of the course selection system. There is no need to operate this course in the training plan.Please submit your application in good faith. The administrator will review the course so as not to delay course selection.

一旦重修,该门课程成绩会以最后一次成绩为最终成绩。若选择重修但考 试缺考,成绩为 0,请各位同学慎重选择重修课程。

Once the course is retake, the last score will be the final score.If you choose to retake the course but miss the exam, the score will be zero, please choose to retake the course carefully.

The above courses are online learning courses, students in and outside China can select these courses, these courses also need to select teaching classes in the course selection system.Among them,Academic Norms and Essay Writing(X2GR2014) is a required course for students taught in Chinese. In the training part, students are required to completeAcademic Norms and EssayWriting(required) online, and choose to completeResearch Ethics and Academic Standards

The exact time and platform of the online learning course has not been determined yet, and the course will be closed if the number of students is too small.After the above courses are confirmed to be opened, the specific class information will be notified in the graduate School homepage or student group, and updated in real time. Please be sure to pay attention.If students outside China wish to study the above courses, please consider according to your network situation. Once you select the course, you cannot drop the course.Please treat seriously, if you do not finish the study and examination on time, the course score will be regarded as failing.

四、注意事项

V Special Notes

(一)学生在系统内完成培养计划制定和选课选教学班操作后,如此后不再修改所选课程信息,需提醒导师及时审核确认培养计划。培养计划里的上课学期必须和实际上课学期保持一致,不一致需修改培养计划,否则无法录入课程成绩。

培养计划在导师未确认前可在网上选课系统开通期间自行进入系统进行修改,导师审核确认后不能随意更改,如要更改课程,需在选课系统开通期间,向所在学院提出申请,由各学院研究生培养管理老师撤销培养计划后自行进行修改培养计划和选课并再次提交。

请注意,不论培养计划提交与否,所有课程一旦选择教学班就占位置,等选课完全确定后提交培养计划即可。

1.After students complete the Training Plan, Course Selection andTeachingClass Selection in the system, if they will not modify the information of the selected courses, then they need to remind the supervisor to review and confirm the Training Plan in time.The course study semester in the Training Plan must be consistent with the actual course study semester . If it is inconsistent, the training plan should be modified, otherwise the course score cannot be recorded.

Training Plan can be modified by yourself before the supervisor’s confirmation

during the opening time of the Course Selection System , but the Training Plan cannot be modified anymore after supervisor’s confirmation. If you need to change your course, please apply to the School that you are belonging during the opening time of the Course Selection System. The postgraduate management teacher of each school will revoke the Training Plan and you can modifiy your Training Plan ,select courses and submit them again.

Please note that no matter whether the Training Plan is submitted or not, all courses will be reserved once the Teaching Class is selected, and the Training Plan can be submitted after the course selection is fully determined.

(二)所有课程(包括网上在线课程)选课时都必须选择教学班,选择教学班后方完成选课操作,凡未在选课系统里面选择教学班,该课程选课无效,一律无法计入成绩及学分。

2.All courses (including online courses) must be selected the teaching class. Only after select the teaching class,can you complete the course selection operation. If the teaching class are not selected in the Course Selection System,the course selection operation for this course is invalid, the scores and credits will not be recorded.

(三)所选的课程,必须按时上课并参加考试,凡所选课程无故不参加考试,

按零分记入成绩档案。若培养计划中含有不及格课程,必须重修该课程,否则将影响学位申请。

3.Youmust attend the selected courses and take the exam on time. Not taking the exam without reason, the score will be zero and recorded in your file.If there is a failing course in the Training Plan, you must retake the course or it will affect your degree application.

(四)选课时请务必注意:选班操作时若课程时间发生冲突会在课程名称右

上角显示“冲突”,请慎重对待。

4.When choosing courses, please be sure to note that "conflict" will be displayed in the upper right corner of the course name in case of course time conflict during teaching class selection operation. Please treat it with caution.

(五)选课完成后,请务必检查“我的课表”,选课成功的课程会显示在“我的课表”内,未显示的课程表示该门课程选课无效,需重新进行该课程选课。若所选课程未显示上课时间地点,可能存在以下几个原因:

■该门课程未选择教学班:进入“我的选课”选择相应教学班;若所有教学班选课人数均已满,请选择其它课程。

■该门课程本学期停开:可在“已开课程查询”中查询,也可咨询开课学院确认是否停开,若确认未开课,请在选课系统开放期间进行改选其他课程。

■部分实验课程不在系统内显示上课时间地点,具体上课安排请咨询开课学院。

5.After the Course Selection is completed, please check "My Timetable" for sure. The successful selected courses will be displayed in "My Timetable". The undisplayed courses indicate that the selection of that course is invalidand and needs to be redone.If the selected course does not show the time and place of class, there may be

several reasons as follows:

■TheTeachingClass of this course is not selected : please enter "My Course Selection" app and select the corresponding teaching class; If all classes are full, please choose another course .

■This course will not be opened this semester: you can inquire in the "Opened Course Query", or consult the school that offers the course to confirm whether it will be opened. If not, please change to another course during the opening period of the Course Selection System.

■For some experimental courses, the time and place of courses are not shown in the system. Please consult the school that offers the course for specific class arrangement.
