"Chinese Government Special Scholarship-University Postgraduate Program" is a full scholarship program established by the Chinese Ministry of Education to support the construction of international high-level universities and build a Chinese higher education brand. Self-enrollment by some colleges and universities in China. The Ministry of Education of China has entrusted the China Scholarship Council (hereinafter referred to as the “Study Scholarship Committee”) to be responsible for the admissions approval and daily affairs management of international students studying in China.
